Each party package will include:

• birthday invitations with maps to the gym

• birthday banner, balloons

• plates, cups, napkins and cutlery

• 1 hour in the gym with our Certified Coaches

• 1 hour in the lounge area for the party and presents

Gym time consists of some of the following activities:

• warm-up/stretching

• playing different games

• using different gymnastics apparatuses

• running thru an obstacle course

• jumping on the trampoline

• pit jumping

All you need to supply is the food, drinks and the party guests.
